ABF is a full service Obstacle Racing company, where no project is too big or too small. We design and build obstacles that can be pre-fabricated and shipped to you direct, or handled all the way through installation. Not sure if you want to own your own obstacles? We carry over 50+ different obstacles for rent where we set up and break them down. If you need us to, we also offer event management and can take the stress off you. Each project is fully customizable and able to be done anywhere on the globe by our certified, licensed, fully insured, full service, Obstacle Course Construction company. Mud Runs and Obstacle Courses are special and need to be treated differently than many other events. Our experienced team will sit down with you and go over in detail the aspects of holding an event at your facility no matter what state you are located in. This meeting will cover course designs, permits, vendors, volunteers, marketing, and registration. Holding an event will most likely be one of the most stressful situations you have ever experienced. Let our experienced event coordinator help you make your next event a lot less stressful, so that you can concentrate on making it a successful event. There are several aspects to holding a successful and safe event:
Safety – Before you sit down and start going over any other aspect of your event your medical plan needs to be discussed. Are you going to have volunteer EMT’s and a township ambulance or will you have a full medical company with trained EMS, ambulance, and 4×4 vehicles?
Insurance – This is going to be your biggest hurdle and probably one of your biggest expenses. Before you can apply for permits and move forward with the planning you will need to lock in an insurance policy for your event. There are only a few insurance companies that will insure these types of events. They are going to require a list of your obstacles, map, and medical plan.
Marketing – Do you have a clear understanding of who your target audience is? Do you have a marketing campaign planned out for this next event?
Staff / Volunteers – Do you have a staff and enough volunteers to hold your next event? How will you recruit move day of volunteers to make sure you have enough help on event day?
Operating Expenses – Do you know your true operating expenses to hold your next event?
